Joseph Bushey

President

Joe’s roots are firmly planted in the Community Management industry, as he represented the third generation of family business owners of Cummings Property Management in Michigan. Now, as President of VIVE, Joe is involved in the strategic planning and operational visioning for both VIVE, the same role he previously held with Cummings.

Throughout his career, Joe’s focus has been centered on improving performance, implementing technology and maintaining client relationships. Leading VIVE has been a natural extension to his career in the management field and his insight has helped him develop the VIVE application to meet the specific needs of the Community Association Management industry.

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1999 from the University of Michigan, and is also accredited Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) through the Community Association Institute (CAI).

Outside of work, Joe loves to spend his free time with his lovely and supportive family watching their various sporting events, fishing or exploring the wilderness of northern Michigan.
