Alisa has spent over twenty years in the insurance industry, working for independent insurance agencies, two software vendors and as a private consultant for seven years. She's helped agencies with system training, industry education, documenting procedures and preparing for mergers and acquisitions, focusing on compliance and efficiency. She has been a Certified Insurance Counselor since 2004 and a Certified Risk Manager since 2009, and the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research has certified her as an instructor for the CISR designation. Alisa has also taught Ethics and Errors & Omissions for the IIABA in various states, and was excited to serve as a subject matter expert for the state of Minnesota as they updated their property and casualty agent licensing exam in 2018.
Other than reading policy forms and staying current with the insurance industry, Alisa also enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her three grandchildren and riding her motorcycle.
