Krystee Edwards brings more than 26 years of experience in the SaaS industry, with a distinguished career at OmegaFi, a leading provider of technology solutions supporting collegiate fraternities, sororities, and their inter/national organizations. Throughout her tenure, she played a pivotal role in delivering innovative tools that help organizations grow, streamline operations, and better serve their members.


Krystee’s expertise spans a comprehensive suite of solutions, including billing and payments, membership management and engagement, recruitment, financial management, tax filing, and database systems for partner organizations. She has held a variety of leadership roles—ranging from Account Management and Director of Operations to Vice President of Sales and Chief Customer Officer—giving her a well-rounded perspective on both strategic growth and operational excellence.



Known for her customer-first mindset, Krystee has worked closely with cross-functional teams across operations, sales, product, and development to guide business decisions rooted in client needs and evolving industry trends. Her passion lies in helping organizations solve problems and achieve their goals, whether supporting internal teams or external partners.

Krystee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Troy University.
