What is this service?

Services provided by VIVE facilitate the sharing of certain vendor information to VIVE's clients for whom the vendor provides various goods and/or services or with whom the vendor has another business relationship (such as association or a property management company by which you have been paid). This service provides a secure online registration portal wherein a vendor may submit insurance certificates, compliance paperwork and information for VIVE to review, scan, and host in a secure database. The database is a tool used by VIVE and VIVE's clients to facilitate the service. All submitted information by you, the vendor, will be reviewed by VIVE for completeness and for compliance with the client's terms. This service may also provide or involve data obtained from third-parties, such as sites utilized for verifying public database searches, trade & professional license verification, etc. VIVE makes no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of any third-party information utilized in facilitating this service.

You, the vendor, grants VIVE the right, without any charge whatsoever, to collect, verify, store, and analyze compliance information relating to you, the vendor, and generate, use or distribute you, the vendor's, information to the VIVE Client.

Communication

By creating your account with VIVE's web portal you agree that VIVE has the ability to communicate to you via email for the purposes of informing the user that certain actions have occurred, informing the user of necessary action(s) that needs to be addressed by the user, annual registration notices, etc. VIVE email notifications from the web portal are not solicitations and are essential to maintaining a direct line of communication with its users. Therefore, all active users of the VIVE web portal agree that the email notifications are unable to be stopped, nor does VIVE's web portal track and maintain an unsubscribe function.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, VIVE and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.

You are granted limited license only for the purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

Restrictions

You, the vendor, are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• publishing any website material in any other media;
• selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any website material;
• publicly performing and/or showing any website material;

No Refund Policy

VIVE does not refund any fees for any reason. All fees paid by vendor and processed in the VIVE portal will be retained by VIVE in full.

This website is provided "as is", with all faults, and VIVE expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this website or the materials contained on this website. Also, nothing contained on this website shall be interpreted as advising you.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall VIVE, nor any of its officers, directors and/or employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website whether such liability is under contract. VIVE, including its officers, directors and/or employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of, or in any way related to, your use of this website.
