How It Works
Create a proposal
Start from a reusable bid template or from scratch. Upload source documents. Invite from your approved vendors or the VIVE Network, filtered by trade and radius, and set the compliance program the job requires. Choose job sites from the VIVE database.
Release to vendors
One click sends the proposal to all selected vendors. Set bid due dates, reminders, and job start dates. Use sealed bids to keep pricing hidden until the bid closes.
Review and award
Vendors submit bids directly through VIVE, or you enter a phone quote on their behalf. Use the comparative bid analysis report to evaluate submissions side by side. Notify all vendors of the outcome with one action.
